We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you have changed your mind, you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods to us.

Timeframe You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the goods to us.

Hygiene & Conditions of Return Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics and toiletries), we cannot accept returns for any items where the hygiene seal has been broken or if the item has been opened or used.

• Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

• Items must be in a resalable condition.

Return Shipping Costs

• Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that are lost in transit.

• Faulty/Damaged Items: If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. In this instance, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement.
