Hygiene Exception (Important): Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics and toiletries), we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or have had their hygiene seal broken, unless the item is faulty.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twin Secret Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the website or products purchased.
